We use data hosting service provides in the United States and the European Union to host the information we collect and we and the hosting providers take technical steps to secure your data.

While we implement safeguards designed to protect your information, no security system in impenetrable and we cannot guarantee that data, during transmission through the Internet or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our care, is absolutely safe from intrusion by others.

How one we keep information

The length of time we keep information we collect about you depends not he nature on the type of information, as described below. After such time, we will either delete or anonymise your information or, if this is not possible, then we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further use until delete is possible.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active and up to 72 hours after you request to delete your account. If you account is deleted the information you share with use may be retained depending on the nature of that information. For example, we may retain product reviews and display them on product pages. If you elect to receive marketing emails from us, we retain information about your marketing preferences for a reasonable period of time after the date you last engaged in our marketing services. Send “Do Not Track” Signals

Albert Roger Ltd participate in and comply with the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks and the Privacy Shield Principles regarding the collection, use, and retention of information about you that is transferred from the European Union or Switzerland to the U.S. We ensure that the Privacy Shield Principles apply to all information about you that is subject to this privacy policy and is received from the European Union, The European Economic Area and Switzerland.

Under the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks, we are responsible for the processing of information about we receive about you from the EU or Switzerland and onward transfers to third party acting as an agent on our behalf.
